1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1647
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1647, AS AMENDED,
3 immediately below Section 5-90, by inserting the following:
4 "Section 5-91. Upon the payment of the sum of $3,000 to
5 the State of Illinois, the rights or easement of access,
6 crossing, light, air, and view from, to, and over the
7 following described line and FAP Route 412 are restored
8 subject to permit requirements of the State of Illinois,
9 Department of Transportation:
10 Parcel 5XO3032
11 Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
12 22, Township 20 North, Range 2 East of the Third
13 Principal Meridian, DeWitt County, Illinois, also being
14 part of a Warranty Deed for Right of Way recorded in
15 R.O.W. Book 220, Page 588 in the DeWitt County Recorder's
16 Office:
17 Direct access to F.A.P. 412 (U.S. 51 spur) shall be
18 restored to a tract of land abutting the southerly right
19 of way line of said highway at a point 99.11 feet
20 southwesterly of Station 1742+00 of the centerline of
21 U.S. 51 spur; thence northwesterly 100 feet along said
22 right of way line.".
