1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3802
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3802, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 3, on page 4, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
5 following:

6         "The Chicago Underground Storage Tank Program, in
7     accordance with the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act (5
8     ILCS 220) and Section 2 of the State Fire Marshal Act (20
9     ILCS 2905/2)".
