AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 405

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 405, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, on page 83, immediately below line 1, by inserting the following:

"A taxpayer that elects to be subject to this subsection (c-1) for any taxable year ending on or after December 31, 2011 and before December 31, 2012 is not entitled to a refund of any overpayment of his or her tax liability for that taxable year, but the taxpayer may carry those excess amounts forward to any future taxable year.".
