AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 442

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 442 on page 6, by

inserting below line 8 the following:

    "(n) Any penalty shall be waived if the violator delivers 
5
two bags of tea to the city attorney of the municipality from 
6
