AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 442

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 442 on page 6, by

inserting below line 8 the following:

    "(n) The city manager of the municipality having 
5
jurisdiction over the automated law enforcement system must 
6
personally inspect and verify by signature each violation 
7
