1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 Spring 1997 Mandate Waiver report, dated April 16, 1997, with
4 the Senate and the House of Representatives as required by
5 Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore be it
6 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
7 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
8 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly is encouraged to
9 thoroughly review the proposals included in the report.
