2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3713 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 20 through 26 with the following:
4 ""Skilled and trained construction workforce" means a
5 workforce in which at least 40% of the workers are graduates of
6 or registered in and attending an accredited apprenticeship
7 program registered with the United States Department of
8 Labor.".
