SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 
    Authorizes the Treasurer to deliver a quitclaim deed for a portion of real property in Madison County to the City of Collinsville for $1. Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning property.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Treasurer, on behalf of the State of
5Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to the City of
6Collinsville, for and in consideration of $1 paid to the
7Treasurer, a quitclaim deed to the following described real
8property, to wit:
 
9    All of Lots 7, 8 and 11 in Eastport Plaza First Addition,
10    according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet 52
11    Page 130 of the Recorder's Office of Madison County,
12    Illinois.
 
13    Excepting therefrom that part of Lot 11 conveyed to W. A.
14    Dilow III and Linda S. Dilow by deed recorded in Book 3394
15    Page 2175, described as follows:
 
16    Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence
17    North 89 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds East 243.15 feet;
18    thence South 01 degree 36 minutes 26 seconds East 104.0
19    feet; thence North 87 degrees 46 minutes 32 seconds West
20    283.79 feet; thence North 22 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds
21    East 97.60 feet to the point of beginning of said

1    exception.
 
2    Except any interest in the coal, oil, gas and other
3    minerals underlying the land which have been heretofore
4    conveyed or reserved in prior conveyances, and all rights
5    and easements in favor of the estate of said coal, oil, gas
6    and other minerals, if any.
 
7    Situated in Madison County, Illinois.

11    Section 10. The Treasurer shall obtain a certified copy of
12this Act within 60 days after its effective date and, upon
13receipt of the payment required by Section 5, shall record the
14certified document in the Recorder's Office in the County in
15which the land is located.
 
16    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
17becoming law.
