AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 114

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 114, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1 on page 2, immediately below line 25, by inserting the following:

"(d) As soon as practical after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer no more than $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Disaster Response and Recovery Fund to be utilized by local governments and political subdivisions in Iroquois, Kankakee, and Vermilion Counties for reimbursement of eligible disaster costs as defined by the federal public assistance program to provide disaster relief in relation to damage resulting from the flooding occurring in Iroquois, Kankakee, and Vermilion Counties in February 2018.".
