AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 114




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 114, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41 on page 2, immediately below line 25, by inserting the 
5following:


 
6    "(d) As soon as practical after the effective date of this 
7amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, the State 
8Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer 
9no more than $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the 
10Disaster Response and Recovery Fund to be utilized by local 
11governments and political subdivisions in McHenry County for 
12reimbursement of eligible disaster costs as defined by the 
13federal public assistance program to provide disaster relief in 
14relation to damage resulting from the flooding occurring in 
15McHenry County in July 2017.
16    (e) As soon as practical after the effective date of this
