1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28
2 (As Amended by Senate Amendment No. 1)

3 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
4 on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated February 28, 2017,
5 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
6 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
7 of the School Code; therefore, be it

8 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
9 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
10 CONCURRING HEREIN, that all of the requests in the Report on
11 Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
