2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3311 as follows:

3 on page 1, by replacing lines 20 through 22 with "benefits,
4 including the deactivation of their LINK card upon
5 certification that the death certificate matches the identity
6 of the public aid recipient. As used in this Section, "LINK
7 card"".
