730 ILCS 5/3-7-4   from Ch. 38, par. 1003-7-4
    Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning protection of persons.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended by
5 changing Section 3-7-4 as follows:

6     (730 ILCS 5/3-7-4)  (from Ch. 38, par. 1003-7-4)
7     Sec. 3-7-4. Protection of Persons.
8     The~~The~~ Department shall establish rules and regulations
9 for the protection of the person and property of employees of
10 the Department and every committed person.
