2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1262 on page 1,
3 lines 9 and 10, by deleting "are located in the State or"; and

4 on page 1, line 11, by replacing "10" with "5"; and

5 on page 1, line 19, by replacing "By each July 1,", with "By
6 July 1 of each year through 2016,".
