SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

625 ILCS 5/3-815.1 rep.

    Repeals a provision providing for the collection of an annual commercial distribution fee on vehicles of the second division weighing more than 8,000 pounds. Effective July 1, 2010.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (625 ILCS 5/3-815.1 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
6 repealing Section 3-815.1.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
8 2010.
