1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1261
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1261 on page 1,
3 line 12, after "bond.", by inserting "If such a suit is brought
4 in the circuit court and, based on preliminary evidence, the
5 court determines that it is necessary that a temporary county
6 collector be appointed, then the county board may, subject to
7 the consent of the court, appoint an interim county collector
8 to serve for the duration of the suit.".
