1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1261
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1261 on page 1,
3 line 12, after "bond.", by inserting "If such a suit is brought
4 in the circuit court, then the county board may, with the
5 consent of the court, appoint a temporary county collector to
6 serve for the duration of the suit, including the duration of
7 any appeal.".
