SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 
    Authorizes the Department of Transportation to convey a described parcel in St. Clair County. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to release or restore various described easements acquired by the State for highway purposes in Champaign, Cook, DeWitt, Effingham, Grundy, Lake, McLean, Rock Island, Sangamon, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning land.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $8,700 to the
5 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6 Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
7 Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
8 right, title and interest in and to the following described
9 land in St. Clair County, Illinois, to Brad Joseph.
 
10 Parcel No. 800XC01
 
11 Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 1 North,
12 Range 8 West of the Third Principal Meridian, County of St.
13 Clair, State of Illinois and being more particularly described
14 as follows:
 
15 Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of
16 Section 19; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 09
17 minutes 02 seconds West, on the north line of said Southeast
18 Quarter of Section 19, a distance of 1,722.14 feet to the
19 northeasterly right of way line of Illinois Route 15; thence on
20 said northeasterly right of way line of Illinois Route 15 the
21 following two (2) courses and distances: 1) South 17 degrees 22

7 line of Illinois Route 15, a distance of 358.62 feet to the
8 former southerly right of way line of said Illinois Central
9 Gulf Railroad; thence North 70 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds
10 West, on said former southerly right of way line of said
11 Illinois Central Gulf Railroad, 252.53 feet to a bend in the
12 northeasterly right of way line of Illinois Route 15 being
13 100.00 feet northeasterly of the centerline of Illinois Route

7 Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
8     Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
9 becoming law.
