AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1716

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1716 on page 25,
3 immediately below line 24, by inserting the following:
 
4     "Section 80. Upon the payment of the sum of $9,825 to the
5 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6 Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes
7 acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released
8 over and through the following described land in Sangamon
9 County, Illinois:
 
10 Parcel No. 675X300
 
11 Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 16 North,
12 Range 5 West of the Third Principal Meridian, Sangamon County,
13 Illinois, further described as follows:

2 20.50 feet along the east line of said Northeast Quarter,

5 east line to a point on the existing easterly right-of-way line
6 of the original S.B.I. Route 24 (Sand Hill Road); thence along
7 said easterly right-of-way line, along a curve to the left
8 having a radius of 162.80 feet, an arc length of 18.42 feet and
9 a chord bearing South 21 degrees 47 minutes 57 seconds West,
