AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 917 on page 1, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following: "members appointed as follows: (i) 5 members shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be designated as the chairperson of the Task Force at the time of appointment, and (ii) 4 members appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives; and be it further".
