 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2331

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2331  on  page  1,
 3    line 12, after the period, by inserting the following:
 4    "For  purposes  of this Section, "health care provider" means
 5    (i) a physician licensed to  practice  medicine  in  all  its
 6    branches,  (ii)  a  physician assistant to whom the physician
 7    assistant's supervising physician has delegated the provision
 8    of AIDS and HIV-related health services, or (iii) an advanced
 9    practice registered nurse who  has  a  written  collaborative
10    agreement with a collaborating physician which authorizes the
11    provision of AIDS and HIV-related health services."; and

12    on page 1, line 28, by replacing "guidelines set" with "rules
13    adopted".
