2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3408 as follows:

3 on page 3, line 16, by replacing "Agriculture." with
4 "Agriculture, packaged items used for fundraising, or food or
5 beverages provided by parents or guardians."; and

6 on page 6, line 1, by replacing "Agriculture." with
7 "Agriculture, packaged items used for fundraising, or food or
8 beverages provided by parents or guardians.".
