1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1831
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1831, AS AMENDED, in
3 paragraph (10) of subsection (d) of Sec. 6 of Section 5, by
4 replacing "it shall be deposited" with "the Department shall
5 deposit the fee"; and

6 in subsection (e) of Sec. 6 of Section 5, by inserting "may"
7 after "his or her trial,".
