1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6001
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 6001 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 21 with the following:
4 "(1) The number of children under 19 years of age
5 who, because of their immigration status, received
6 medical coverage from the Department only for emergency
7 services during the State fiscal years 1999, 2000, and
8 2001.
9 (2) The total payments, charges, categories of
10 service, and diagnoses of the children under 19 years of
11 age who, because of their immigration status, received
12 medical coverage from the Department only for emergency
13 services during the State fiscal years 1999, 2000, and
14 2001."; and
15 on page 1, after line 23, by inserting the following:
16 "(c) This Section is repealed on July 1, 2003.".
