1 AN ACT concerning property.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights
5 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (765 ILCS 745/1) (from Ch. 80, par. 201)
7 Sec. 1. Applicability. This Act shall regulate and
8 determine legal rights, remedies and obligations of the
9 parties to any lease of a mobile home or mobile home lot in a
10 mobile home park containing five or more mobile homes within
11 this State. Any lease, written or oral, is shall be
12 unenforceable insofar as any provision thereof conflicts with
13 any provision of this Act.
