PROC CD-PROJECT LABOR AGREEMNT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Procurement Code.  Provides  that  a  project      
   labor  agreement  may  be  entered  into  for  a construction contract      
   subject to the  Code.    Provides  that  if  a  construction  contract      
   involves  a  project  labor  agreement,  the State agency, local labor      
   organizations, and local contractors' association must enter into  the      
   agreement.
