SCH CD-JOB TRAINING PROGRAM                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code.  Prohibits the State Board  of  Education      
   from  requiring  a  school  district  or  a student of any district to      
   participate in a school-to-work or job training program.  Prohibits  a      
   school  board  from requiring a student to meet occupational standards      
   for grade  level  promotion  or  graduation  unless  that  student  is      
   voluntarily enrolled in a job training program.
