Short description: 
CRIM CD-CONCEALING IDENTITY                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Criminal  Code  of  1961.   Creates  the  offense  of      
   concealing  identity.   Provides that a person who conceals his or her      
   true name or identity or disguises himself or herself with  intent  to      
   obstruct  the  due  execution  of the law or to intimidate, hinder, or      
   interrupt a public officer in a legal performance of his or  her  duty      
   under  the  laws  of the United States or of this State is guilty of a      
   Class B misdemeanor.
