LIS-INTERNET ROLL CALL VOTE                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Legislative Information  System  Act.   Requires  that      
   records of roll call votes of either house of the General Assembly, or      
   of its committees, and transcripts of General Assembly debate shall be      
   made  available  to  the public in electronic form.  Requires that the      
   information be made available within 24 hours  after  the  legislative      
   day  it  is  recorded,  in  searchable  form.  Applies to the 91st and      
   subsequent General Assemblies, and must begin within 30 days after the      
   bill's effective date.  Effective immediately.
