PETERSON-SIEBEN. 105 ILCS 5/17-2.11 from Ch. 122, par. 17-2.11 Amends the School Code. In a provision allowing a school district having a population of less than 500,000 inhabitants to levy a tax and sell bonds for disabled accessibility purposes and to comply with the school building code, changes the reference from disabled to handicapped.
