BRADY, JOHNSON,TOM AND TURNER,JOHN. 750 ILCS 60/301.2 new Amends the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986. Requires a health care professional and certain social service agency personnel to notify a law enforcement agency of their treatment of an injury or counseling services resulting from an act of domestic violence. Establishes penalties for noncompliance and for filing a false report. Provides that each county must establish a domestic violence mandated reporting advisory board.
