Requires a health care professional and certain social service agency personnel to notify a law enforcement agency of their treatment of an injury or counseling services resulting from an act of domestic violence. Establishes penalties for noncompliance and for filing a false report. Provides that each county must establish a domestic violence mandated reporting advisory board. The board must adopt a written protocol for the implementation of the mandated reporting provisions.
