2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3831 on page 7,
3 immediately below line 10, by inserting the following:
4 "Section 37. Condition for receipt of scholarship. As a
5 condition for receiving a scholarship under this Act, a
6 student must certify that he or she has applied for other
7 federal and State grants.".
