Provides that non-citizens who are admitted as Cuban or Haitian entrants, who are admitted as Amerasian immigrants, or who have a pending or approved petition under the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986 and are otherwise eligible may receive cash or medical assistance under the Code. Effective July 1, 1998.
