DEL VALLE. 305 ILCS 5/1-11 Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that non-citizens who are admitted as Cuban or Haitian entrants, who are admitted as Amerasian immigrants, or who have a pending or approved petition under the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986 and are otherwise eligible may receive cash or medical assistance under the Code.
