Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a company may
not cancel or refuse to issue or renew a policy of homeowners or
renters insurance because the insured premises are operated as a day
care home or group day care home. Provides that losses arising out of
or in connection with day care provided in a day care home or group
day care home may not be covered under a homeowners or renters

premiums are assessed and paid for coverage for those losses.

Replaces the title and everything after the enacting clause.

insurance solely because the covered property is used as a licensed
day care home or licensed group day care home. Allows that coverage
to be made by a separate policy or endorsement. Allows cancellation
with respect to unlicensed day care homes or group day care homes.

   other than English.
