MCCARTHY-CROTTY. 230 ILCS 10/13 from Ch. 120, par. 2413 Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Imposes a supplemental wagering tax such that the sum of all taxes imposed under this Act on the adjusted gross receipts from gambling games under the Act is 30% rather than 20%. Provides that the additional tax revenue shall be paid into the Education Assistance Fund and shall supplement, but not supplant, any other moneys paid into that Fund.
