Imposes a supplemental wagering tax such that the sum of all taxes imposed under this Act on the adjusted gross receipts from gambling games under the Act is 30% rather than 20%. Provides that the additional tax revenue shall be paid into the Education Assistance Fund and shall supplement, but not supplant, any other moneys paid into that Fund. Effective immediately.
