2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1670, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, line 29 by inserting "knowingly" after
5 "may"; and
6 on page 3, line 7 by inserting "knowingly" after "may"; and
7 on paged 3, lines 18 and 30 by inserting after "officers"
8 each time it appears the following:
9 ", retired peace officers, or injured peace officers"; and
10 on page 3, lines 20 and 33 by changing "some or all" to "the
11 majority".
