1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1640
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1640, by deleting
3 lines 5 through 31 on page 1, all of pages 2 through 7, and
4 lines 1 through 22 on page 8; and
5 by replacing lines 24 through 32 on page 8, pages 9 and 10,
6 and lines 1 through 7 on page 11 with: "Section 34A-502 as
7 follows:"; and
8 by replacing lines 19 through 21 on page 11 with the
9 following: "provide; provided, however, that Bonds issued on
10 or after July 1,"; and
11 by deleting lines 23 through 34 on page 13 and lines 1 and 2
12 on page 14.
