1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 347
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 347 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 5 through 8 with the following:
4 "coverage or limitation as to pre-existing medical
5 conditions. All persons who become TRS benefit recipients or
6 TRS dependent beneficiaries on or after that termination date
7 shall be eligible to participate in the State health plan
8 under this Section. TRS benefit recipients and TRS dependent
9 beneficiaries who participate in the State health plan under
10 this Section shall participate on the same terms and subject
11 to the".
