| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Dorothy M. Pullman of Crest Hill, who | 4 | | passed away on October 5, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Dorothy Pullman was born to Peter and Anna Bolatto | 6 | | in a farmhouse near Essex; she graduated from the St. Joseph | 7 | | School of Nursing in Joliet in 1949 and married Frank Pullman | 8 | | at St. John's Catholic Church in Joliet in 1951; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Dorothy Pullman served as a private duty nurse for | 10 | | many years; she then worked as a manager at the Imperial | 11 | | Nursing Home so she could care for her mother who resided there | 12 | | in her final years, retiring in 1989; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Dorothy Pullman was preceded in death by her | 14 | | parents and her husband of 60 years, Frank Pullman; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Dorothy Pullman is survived by her children, Jean | 16 | | (Robert) Geddis, William (Donna) Pullman, Robert (Jan) | 17 | | Pullman, and James Pullman; her grandchildren, Jordan Geddis | 18 | | and Allison (Terry Companik), Ashley (Joseph Mammosser), and | 19 | | Charles (Lisa) Pullman; her great-grandsons, Bennett Pullman, | 20 | | Lincoln Companik, and Maddox Mammosser; her sister, Anna Mae | 21 | | (Duane) Boyd; her brother, Robert (Vickie) Bolatto; and |

| 2 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 3 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 4 | | Dorothy M. Pullman and extend our sincere condolences to her | 5 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | 6 | | further
| 7 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 8 | | presented to the family of Dorothy Pullman as an expression of | 9 | | our deepest sympathy.
