AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3586

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3586 on page 1, line 16, by replacing "180" with "90 180"; and

on page 2, line 10, by replacing "180" with "90 180"; and

on page 3, line 5, by replacing "not" with "not"; and

by replacing line 21 on page 3 through line 1 on page 4 with "exceed the amount payable under item (1) of this paragraph except that in the case of a homeowner who owned and occupied the displaced dwelling for at least 90 days, but not more than 180 days immediately prior to the initiating of negotiations, the down payment cannot exceed the amount payable under 3-107.1c for the persons who owned and occupied the property for 180 days prior to the initiation of negotiations."; and

on page 4, immediately below line 7, by inserting the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.".
