1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2123
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2123 on page 3,
3 line 24, by replacing "participation in, or completion of,"
4 with "completion of"; and

5 on page 9, immediately below line 5, by inserting the
6 following:
7             "c. A Licensing Board may conduct national
8         background checks by submitting fingerprints to the
9         Federal Bureau of Investigation through the Member
10         State's statewide policing authority. However, reports
11         from the background checks may not be shared with
12         entities outside of the Member State. Applicants shall
13         be responsible for all fees associated with the
14         performance of the background checks.".
