AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 74

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 74, AS AMENDED, in
3Section 5, Sec. 35, subsection (b), by replacing paragraph (9)
4with the following:
5        "(9) up to 2 members, appointed by the co-chairpersons
6    of the Task Force, representing nonprofit affordable
7    housing organizations in counties with 3,000,000 or more
8    inhabitants, housing counseling organizations in counties
9    with 3,000,000 or more inhabitants, or homeownership
10    organizations in counties with 3,000,000 or more
11    inhabitants;"; and
 
12in Section 5, Sec. 35, subsection (b), by replacing paragraph
13(10) with the following:
14        "(10) up to 2 members, appointed by the
15    co-chairpersons of the Task Force, representing community,
16    neighborhood, or resident associations in counties with
17    3,000,000 or more inhabitants;"; and

2(11) with the following:
3        "(11) up to 2 members, appointed by the
4    co-chairpersons of the Task Force, representing public
5    interest organizations from counties with 3,000,000 or
6    more inhabitants or civic organizations from counties with
7    3,000,000 or more inhabitants;"; and
 
8in Section 5, Sec. 35, subsection (b), by replacing paragraph
9(15) with the following:
10        "(15) up to 3 members, appointed by the
11    co-chairpersons of the Task Force, representing taxing
12    districts, other than municipalities, with properties that
13    are the most highly represented in the annual tax sale in
14    counties with 3,000,000 or more inhabitants.".
