1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4447
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4447 on page 3, by
3 replacing line 19 with "or application platforms;"; and

4 on page 3, by replacing line 23 with "telecommunications
5 carrier; or"; and

6 on page 3, immediately below line 23, by inserting the
7 following:
8         "(3) collecting or transmitting information to be
9     submitted to a State or federal agency for the purpose of
10     performing a lawful check of criminal history record
11     information using fingerprints or receiving the results of
12     that check.".
