AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4206

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4206 by replacing line 15 on page 1 with the following:

"tenant to pay the transaction fee or other charge, or, by request, the landlord may reduce the tenant's monthly rent by the amount equivalent to the third-party payment portal fee, so that there is not an additional fee for the tenant to pay online.".
