1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3713
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3713, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1 on page 2, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with the following:
5 ""Certified technician" means a person who is certified as
6 a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau Technician by the
7 International Certification Board and accredited to comply
8 with ISO/IEC 17024, which is the conformity assessment
9 regarding general requirements for bodies operating
10 certification of persons, by the American National Standards
11 Institute in Testing Adjusting and Balancing or another
12 nationally recognized certifying body accredited to ISO/IEC
13 17024 in testing adjusting and balancing.".
