AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4107 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4107 on page 2, by 
3replacing lines 22 through 24 with the following:


4    "(d)  A committed person, or the committed person's parent 
5or guardian, may make a request to be transferred to another 
6institution or facility of the Department of Juvenile Justice
