1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3749
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3749 on page 7, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following:

4         "(9) to require an employee or an applicant for an
5     employment position to possess a driver's license for the
6     purpose of job placement or testing, unless a driver's
7     license is required in order to perform the essential
8     functions of the job or testing. Any State-issued
9     identification card shall be sufficient for such
10     purposes.".
